Let me start by saying, from a young age i…

Truth is, i have never really been into painting much until recently. Throughout school, my main focus in art was to draw accurately as possible, equipped with my trusty pencil and willow charcoal stick, no other medium saw the light of day – why? I couldn’t say for sure, most likely because the nuance & complexity of all the colours is overwhelming to a young pup – i just wanted to draw.

Fast forward to a more recent time, in which i had migrated to Cornwall, for a more sluggish pace of life. I had abit of extra time on my hands and discovered two artists (neither from Cornwall) that had influenced my art style. Do we do names? Nah, We can play guess who instead. I’ll start with both art-styles are wildly colourful one to do with portraiture of past greats, and the other capturing the mood of a scene though colour.

One made a Michael Jackson type neverland-home to Host his art & the other passed away a few years back but is still producing work.. Somehow.
