Chris Bailhache

My work is a study in the interplay of light, shadow, and the nuances of temperature.

I delve into the depths of contrast. From stark, bold juxtapositions to subtle shifts in tone.

Through colours that seem to radiate heat or exude a chill. I find setting these two elements close together play off one another, enhancing the overall effect

My home is my studio, So primarily my paintings are done in quality Acrylic paint. This helps to keep the fumes at bay.

I’m lucky enough to live in Cornwall, UK. Having access to coastal scenes, woodlands and the moors.
